Becky Joyce Haney, 66, of Killen died Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at ECM Hospital.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 4, 2012, from 6-9 pm at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral services will be Friday, October 5, 2012, at 11 am at Elkins East Chapel, with Bro. William Brewer and Bro. Bobby Walton officiating. Burial will be at Butler Cemetery.
Mrs. Haney was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. She attended Hartselle High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents Grady Roy and Mary Rebekah Sledge; granddaughter Amber Patterson; brothers Grady (Jr.) Sledge and Jacky Sledge.
Mrs. Haney is survived by her husband David Haney; daughter Lynn Potts; son Mike Haney (Dawn); sisters Alice Trousdale, Grace Roan, Martha Wright (Robert), and Cathy Dison Couch (Odis); brother Leroy Sledge; grandchildren Russell Patterson, Nickolas Norton, Zach Stembridge, Jacob Haney, Abbie Stembridge, Regan Haney; great grandchildren Lilly Norton, Robbie Patterson, Khloe Norton, and Rylan Stembridge.
