COLBERT COUNTY-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident in Colbert County that has taken the life of one person.
At 5AM on Sunday Robert McCoin ag 67 was killed when the vehicle he was driving was hit by a Volvo tractor-trailer.
The crash occurred on U.S. 72 about seven miles East of Cherokee. McCoin was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Nothing else is available concerning the accident as investigation continues.
