Mrs. Barbara Webster McConnell, 102, resident of Lewisburg, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022, at Marshall Medical Center in Lewisburg, Tn.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 12 p.m. at Beechwood Cemetery in Cornersville, TN. Brother Arthur Payne will be officiating.
Born in Giles County, TN Barbara was born on February 2, 1920, to the late Columbus Webster and the late Selma Luna Webster. She loved the outdoors, gardening, and flowers. Mrs. McConnell was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda (Billy) Hasting; grandchildren, Belinda Sharp and Grey McConnell; great grandchildren, Alyssa Sharp, Tiffanie McCafferty and Tilly Olszowka; great great grandchild, Bryson Fields; several nieces and nephews and special care givers, Carol Gardner and Kay Hopper.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Buford McConnell; son, Anthony “Tony” McConnell; sisters, Velma McCollum, Frances Poole; brothers, William Webster and Odell Webster and granddaughter, Angela McConnell.
