Barbara Sue Muse Brown, age 75, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016. Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 16, from noon until 2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Clifford Miles officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
She was retired with Monarch Tile Company and a member of Darby Drive Church of Christ which is now Cross Point Church of Christ.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Billy Ray Brown; parents, Mike and Clara Muse; brother, Frederick Muse; sister, Ruby Montgomery; and granddaughter, Chasity Brown.
Survivors are her children, Kathy Brown Wimpee (Leslie) and Steven Ray Brown (Sabrina); brothers, William Thomas “Bill” Muse and Melvin Jerry Muse; grandchildren, Jessica Anderson, Tiffany Wimpee, Kevin Brown, Derek Brown, and Michael Brown; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Derek Brown, Kevin Brown, Mike Muse, Doug Muse, Jamie Brown, and Chris McCormack. Honorary pallbearer is Kevin Bass. You may sign the guest register at sprywilliams.com.
