Barbara Esther Heard, 100, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013. Visitation will be noon-3 p.m. today at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood. Services will be 3 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Cromwell Crossroads Church, Collinwood, Tenn. She was the wife of the late Willie H. Heard.
