Funeral Service for Barbara Ann Steele, age 86 of Hanceville, will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Charles Pierce officiating; burial at Mountain Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:30 PM-8:00 PM on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Steele passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at her residence. She was born March 20, 1938 to James Clayton Haynes and Opal M Haynes.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Truman Steele; daughter, Theresa Steele; son, Ronald Steele; daughter, Cindy Wood; sister, Joyce Posey; brother, James Haynes; and 4 grandchildren.
Survivors include her son ,Kenneth (Ellen) Steele; daughter, Anita Steele; son Donald (Kitty) Steele; sister, Jeanette Swann; sister, Jean Hudson; brother, Wade Hayes, 14 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
