Bablin Dempsey Smith was born April 1, 1962 in Memphis, TN the daughter of the late Arthur Holbert Jack and Norma Jean Perry Dempsey. She departed this life on October 27, 2021 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 59 Years, 6 Months, 26 Days.
She attended Believer’s Church in Selmer, Tennessee when she was able. She was a great Christian woman.
She is survived by two daughters, Melissa Gibbons of Selmer, TN, Melody Dougherty and husband Thomas of Memphis, TN; five grandchildren: Michael, Aston, Olivia, Austin and Ian; a sister, Donna Huntley of Finger, TN; niece, Terrilyn Huntley; nephew, Billy Gereau and wife Lauria; husband, William Smith of Henderson, TN; numerous great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs Smith was preceded in death by a brother, Don Jack; and a nephew, Gary Campbell.
