Austin Jase Fretwell Austin Jase Fretwell, age 11, of Russellville, was taken from this life too soon in a tragic car accident along with his mother, Jenn, on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.

Jase was an active 11-year-old and was a fifth-grade student at Russellville Elementary School. A very kindhearted boy, he loved the Tennessee Titans, wrestling for the title, tossing a football, playing soccer and basketball, or going to Rancho for something to eat.  He loved his whole family, and especially his smaller cousins and they all adored him.  He loved making his cousins laugh, and was very excited to meet his baby sister, Olivia Rayne, in just a couple of months.  He was very stylish, always wanted to look good wherever he went. Jase you will be forever in our hearts.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers, Hunter Baker, Noah Fretwell; dad, Billy Fretwell (Bre); soon-to arrive sister, Olivia Rayne Fretwell; grandparents, Doug & Denise Fretwell, Ricky & Susan Fugate, Susan Borden; a host of cousins, aunts, and uncles.  He also leaves a host of friends, teachers, and classmates who all loved him very much.

The visitation for Jase and his mom, Jen, will be 12-2 p.m. Monday, October 02, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel.  The burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, any donations towards the funeral expense would be greatly appreciated, c/o Spry Memorial Chapel, PO Box 246, Russellville, AL 35653.
