Kathy McDonel, age 68 of Leoma, Tenn. passed away Sunday, October 28, 2012 at St. Thomas Hospital after a sudden illness. Mrs. McDonel was a native of Lauderdale Co., Tenn, a homemaker, a member of Eastern Star Post #472 and a member of Antioch United Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Jim Harrington will be officiating. Burial will follow in Freemon Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
Mrs. McDonel is survived by her husband Floyd McDonel of Leoma, Tenn.; son, Danley McDonel and wife Christy of Brentwood, Tenn.; daughter, Suzanne Campbell and husband Byron of Columbia, Tenn.; brother, Walter Neal Tidwell and wife Dixie of Rogersville, Ala.; sisters Elizabeth Townsend and Martha Jones and husband Warren both of Huntsville, Ala.; and 3 grandsons.
