Asa Clayton Williams, 79, of Fort Payne, passed away February 6, 2024. He was born to the late Archie Williams and Oma Johnson Williams and was a mechanic and truck driver by trade. He enjoyed fishing and boating and race cars, especially hot rods. He was a member of the FPHS Class of 1963.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Glenwood Cemetery.
He is survived by his son Nat Williams of Huntsville and grandchildren Evan, Lucas, Andrew, and Bryan. He was preceded in death by son David C. Williams, his parents Archie and Oma Williams, and sisters Claire Mae Davis and Nell Sharp
