Antonio Michael Milam
DECATUR-The Decatur Police responded to a Breaking and Entering aMotor Vehicle call on the Beltline. Here is how they describe the event:
“On 08/28/14 Officers of the Decatur Police Dept. responded to Chili’s located at 1003 Beltline Rd. SW. Decatur AL, 35603 in reference to a Breaking and Entering into a vehicle. The victim reported that she observed a black male wearing a white shirt and dark jean pants getting out of the driver’s side seat of her vehicle at approx. 10:05pm. The victim reported cash missing from her vehicle.
Antonio Michael Milam was located approximately two blocks away from the scene of the crime approximately 20 minutes later. Officers noticed that Milam appeared to be intoxicated and charged him with Public Intoxication. Milam fit the description of the suspect that broke into the victim’s vehicle and was later identified as the suspect in the victim’s vehicle.
Milam was charged with one count of Breaking and Entering into a Vehicle. He was later transferred to the Morgan Co. Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond.”
