Funeral service for Arnold Wayne Hill, 82, will be Friday, April 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Weldon and Bro. Wendall Bennett officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Bethel Methodist Cemetery in Eva. Visitation will be Friday, April 5, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Hill died on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Floyd E. “Tut” Fann State Veterans Home. He was born Friday, April 3, 1942, in Morgan County, to Arnold B. Hill and Johnie Mae Johnson Hill.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved the outdoors, his family, enjoyed hunting and fishing, riding the tractor and the four-wheeler, loved his dog and loved racing. Mr. Hill was a member of the Falkville United Methodist Church and was employed by USF Holland as a truck driver for 59 years, prior to his retirement. His parents preceded him in death.
