Arnold Dennis DeGeorge, age 92, of Bonita Springs passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at the Naples Hospital in Naples, FL.
He was born the son of Frank P. and Elvira (Jelusich) DeGeorge on November 7, 1927 in Biloxi, MS.

Mr. DeGeorge had a 30-year military career honorably serving in the United States Coast Guard, Navy, Air Force, Army, as well as a Civil Service trainer for the FBI. Additionally, Arnold was an avid fly fisherman and hunter.

On April 30, 1948, he was united in marriage to Dorothy Mae (Lynas) DeGeorge. She preceded him in death on September 24, 2005.

He is survived by his daughter, Nancy Gassman of Michigan. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Arnold (Sheila) Hazzlerigg, Kyle Gassman, and Alisha (Michael) Houy; one great-grandson, Connor Gassman, as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers, Gerald DeGeorge, Norman DeGeorge, four sisters, Melrose Nicovich, Marilyn Stochel, Elizabeth Callender, Sue Knebel, and a daughter, Linda Hazzlerigg.

A private family memorial service will be held. Memorial contributions may be considered to the Greater Huntsville Humane Society.
