April Murphy, 38, passed away Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018. Visitation will be today from 6 until 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will be Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Charles Swindle officiating. Burial will be at Central Heights Community Cemetery.
April was a native of Florence and was baptized at Creekside. She loved listening to music and dancing, camping and fishing with Caleb, enjoying nature and wildlife, spending time with family and friends, and Alabama football games.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wade Murphy; and brother, Kevin Murphy; grandparents, Bud and Janice Murphy and Ned Campbell.
April is survived by her mother, Janice Murphy; grandmother, Robbie Campbell; son, Caleb Druekemiller; boyfriend, Keith Kelley; sisters, Jasmine Murphy and Ashley Moore; cousins, Brandon, Sabrina, Bethany, A.J., Nathan, and Nicholas Campbell; niece, Destiny Murphy; and nephews, Michael Schooley, and Kevin, Joseph and Brianne Belue.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
