Anthony Middlebrooks, age 59 of Jacksonville, passed away on February 28, 2024. He is survived by his siblings, Bret Middlebrooks, whom he loved dearly, Randell (Tammy) Middlebrooks and Elaine (JD) Holloway; nieces and nephews, Sasha (Geoff) Monroe, Jimmy Holloway, AJ Middlebrooks, Tyler Terrell and Hunter Middlebrooks; great nieces, Adilee, Ellyana and Holly Monroe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Aritist and Mildred Middlebrooks; and sister in law, Kay Middlebrooks, whom he loved dearly.
Tony was a very loving person with a big heart. He loved his family and co-workers at Sonic in Jacksonville, AL. Country music was his happy place.
