Anthony Logan “Tony” Clark age 68, of Arab passed away Tues. Nov. 14, 2023, at his residence. Tony was born on August 26, 1955, in Ottumwa, Iowa the son of James Clark and Nellie Talbert Clark. He was married on April 11, 1977, to Sherry Clark who passed away on June 14, 1991. Tony and Denise Henderson Clark were married on Dec. 18, 1992. Tony was retired from Hunt Design and Manufacturing where he was a machinist and later worked in shipping and receiving. He was a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife: Denise Clark; sons: Brandon Clark, Casey (Kristi) Clark and Nicholas (Wendy) Maze; brothers: Jimmy (Betsy) Clark and Jerry (Brenda) Clark; sisters: Patty (Carl) Sorby and Bobbie Balentine; grandchildren: Cati Clark, Kayra Maze and Grayson Clark; host of nieces, nephews other family and friends. He was preceded in death by wife: Sherry Clark; father: James Clark; mother: Nellie Fetters; step father: Donald Fetters; brother in law: Granville Balentine and nephew: Chris Balentine. Funeral Service will be Sat. November 18, 2023, at 2 PM at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Michael Lackey and Bro. Jeff Bullard officiating. Visitation will be from 12 PM – 2 PM at the Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Barry Hunt, Matt Black, Mason Black, Gannon Black, Tyler Bright and Jason Berry.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers please make contributions to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
