MORGAN COUNTY-On Tuesday, January 14, 2014 Morgan County Deputies responded to a possible drug activity call. Here is what Sheriff Ana Franklin has to say on her FaceBook page:
“On Tuesday evening, January 14, 2014, the Morgan County Deputies responded to an anonymous call of possible drug activity at the property located at 813 Cotaco Florette Rd. Deputies arrived and located a small RV on the property next to a shed. Deputies made contact with w/f Stacey Rhodes and w/f Christina Teague outside the RV near shed. Deputies were alerted to a strong chemical odor coming from RV and made contact with two more individuals – brothers, identified as w/m Ricky Delano Teague and w/m Randy Lynn Teague inside RV. Deputies observed what they described as a meth lab within RV and removed and detained all persons present and contacted the Morgan County Drug Task Force.
Agents with the Morgan County Drug Task Force arrived on scene and did determine item was in fact a one pot Methamphetamine Laboratory. Search Warrant was executed on the property. Agents located a one pot Methamphetamine Laboratory, HCL gas generator, Lithium Batteries along with chemicals associated in the manufacturing process to produce Methamphetamine. Agents also located approximately 5.41 fluid ounces of Methamphetamine within RV. Somerville VFD arrived on scene and decontaminated subjects on scene. Subjects were arrested and transported to the Morgan County Jail.
Randy Lynn Teague
Randy Lynn Teague was arrested and charged with: Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Felony Drug Paraphernalia and Trafficking in Methamphetamine. Bond set at : $802,500.00 per Circuit Court Judge Howell.
Ricky Lynn Teague
Ricky Lynn Teague was arrested and charged with: Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Felony Drug Paraphernalia and Trafficking in Methamphetamine. Bond set at : $802,500.00 per Circuit Court Judge Howell.
Stacy Rhodes
Stacy Rhodes was arrested and charged with Loitering. Bond set at $300.00.
Christina Teague
Christina Teague was arrested and charged with Loitering. Bond set at $300.00.”
