Annie Ruth Cole, 93, Tuscumbia, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Visitation will be Monday, December 11, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Jememy Sanderson officiating. Interment will be in Guy Cemetery, Tuscumbia.
Annie Ruth was a native and lifelong resident of Tuscumbia. She was a member of Hampton Heights Baptist Church, and a retired Licensed Practical Nurse.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charlie Cole; daughter, Sharlene Cole; and two siblings.
Annie Ruth is survived by her children, Sharon Barnes and Dante Cole (Regina); sister, Dot Bradford; nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Annie’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
