Mrs. Annie Rogers Clift, 92, of Florence, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012. She was a member of Friendship Baptist in Culleoka, TN. Mrs. Clift lived to enjoy five generations for the past 18 years.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 22, 2012 from 12 – 2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel. Officiating will be Brother Kenney Rogers and Brother Kenneth Rogers. Burial will follow in Murphy’s Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Clift was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Christopher and Minnie Etta Parrish Rogers; granddaughter, Lisa White Rogers, and several siblings.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald G. Clift; sons, William White, Jr. and wife Donna of New Market, AL, Roger Dale Risner and wife Melanie of Columbia, TN; daughters, Louise Thornton and husband Tony of Florence, Judy Pettie and husband Larry of Huntsville; brother, Burlon Gene Rogers and wife Annette of Florence; sisters, Vernette Arnold, Ruby Johnson and husband, Granville both of Florence, Toye Murphy and husband, Earl of Brandenburg, KY; 14 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Shedd, Cody McCracken, Chad Rogers, James Lindbert, Rusty Risner, and Shawn Risner.
