Annie Jo Ramer Green was born October 9, 1934 in Henderson, TN, the daughter of the late Weslie Lee and Addie McCarter Ramer. Annie was Baptist in faith and a member of the Selmer Moose Lodge. She departed this life on September 28, 2015 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 80 Years, 11 Months, 19 Days.
She is survived by her children: Leslie Green and wife Lisa of Corinth, MS, Mark Green of Selmer, TN, Vickie Williams of Selmer, TN, three grandchildren: Lindsey Hastings, Sarah Beth Bullock and husband Larry, Adam Green and wife Laura; six great grandchildren; a half brother, Billy Earl Ramer of Chewalla, TN; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Green was preceded in death by the father of her children, James M. Green; a daughter, Carolyn Joyce Green; her siblings: Clyde Ramer, John T. Ramer, Curtis Ramer, Edward Ramer, Louise Mars, Daisy Stauter, Bertha Ramer and Junior Ramer.
Visiation will be held on Wed, Sep 30, 2015 from 6-8 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer, TN and on Thur, Oct 1st, from 1 pm until the service at 2 pm held at Olive Hill Baptist Church in Guys, TN, with Robert Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in the Indian Creek Cemetery at Ramer, Tennessee.
