Annie Eugenia Powell, 78, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at Oxford Health and Rehab Nursing Home. She was born January 22, 1937 to the late Jessie Ray Sparks and the late Edith Gertrude Suitor Sparks in Rienzi. She enjoyed watching TV, especially Channel 39 and the Atlanta Braves and spending time with family and friends.
There will be no public service.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She is survived by a daughter, Brenda High of Fulton, 2 step sons, Steve Powell of Cookeville, TN, and Guy Powell of Byhalia, and 2 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Goldman Powell, her parents, a son, Roy Phillip Powell, and a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Santa Ana.
