Anna Louise (Sturgill) Rosell, 83, of Madison, Alabama passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022 surrounded by her beloved family.
Anna was born in Ashland, Kentucky. She graduated from Ashland Senior High School and completed Business Administration classes after. Anna moved to Dayton, Ohio and pursued a career in Administration.
Anna was an avid reader and loved books. Her charm and personality won her many friends throughout her lifetime. She never met a stranger and would smile even when a frown was needed. Anna was an animal lover – especially her beloved chihuahua, Woody.
Anna was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fred Rosell; her parents, Thomas and Martha (Stapleton) Sturgill; sister, Gerry (Sturgill) Gaston (brother-in-law, George Gaston); sister, Marty (Sturgill) Martin (brother-in-law, Walter Martin); brother, Robert “Bob” Sturgill (sister-in-law, Juanita Sturgill); and brother, Thomas “Tom” Sturgill (sister-in-law, Barbara Sturgill).
Anna is survived by her son, Bill Barber, of Madison, Alabama; son, Kevin Barber (daughter-in law, Melissa Barber), of Knoxville, Tennessee; son-in-law, Kerry Rosell (daughter-in-law, Roberta Rosell), of Gardena, California; multiple nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
