Anna Louise Minor, 62 of Florence, AL., passed on Feb., 24, 2025, in Ardmore, TN.
Anna Minor was born in Florence, AL., on May 16, 1962. She was the daughter of Rachel Speck Minor, Russellville AL., and James Samuel Minor, Howard AL. Anna was her Dad’s Anna Banna. She took great pride in being a Daddy’s girl.
Anna was a graduate of Bradshaw High School, Florence, AL. She adored her years at Bradshaw and loved keeping up with fellow graduates. She would get so excited about class reunions and seeing the old gang.
Anna had an accomplished career working in the real estate business and later in the area of senior care. She often spoke about the ladies and gentlemen that she provided service, and how much she would learn from their personal life experiences. Anna was proud of adding her personal touch and support to the people she worked with in both professions. Anna was unique.
Anna loved all of God’s creatures, small and large. She spent many of her younger years in the barn with her horse. She was an accomplished equestrian. Later in life she continued riding in TN., and those were some of her fondest memories. Her pup, Hope, was her baby and the center of her life.
Anna was a wonderful daughter and sister. She was there for the family in their good and bad times. For Anna, family came first. She loved the family get-togethers, especially when a good pot roast was involved. She always added her famous pecan pies.
She is survived by her brother, Sam Minor II and partner Mark Bisch, Kokomo, IN.
The family would like to thank Jay Butler, Butler Realty, for his tremendous support during this difficult time.
Anna Minor was a wonderful, supportive and compassionate daughter and sister. She was a good friend to many and a giving, loving individual. Her family thanks her for all the love and extraordinary experiences she brought to their lives. Thanks Anna for all the wonderful memories. God bless you.
