Ann Lawson Thorn, age 99, of Florence, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., at Spry~Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Brother Carl Seigenthaler officiating.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Berlin England, Ellis Cornelius and Clarence Thorn. daughter, Betty Ruth Hamm, two grandchildren, Kathy England, Mike England, four brothers, and two sisters.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors are, W.G. England (Bessie), Leon England (Barbara), Ralph England (Frances), Barbara Abramson, Doris Cornelius Lovelace and Sheila Cornelius Hayes (Donnie).; sisters-in law, Grace Lawson, Pauline Cornelius and Carolyn Cornelius; 22 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
