Ann Cothren, age 85, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021. Ann was born November 21, 1936 in Madison County, Al to the late William and Mary Tomlin Ray. Ann was a member of Lincoln Church of Christ. She was Treasurer of Women of Golf at Colonial Golf Course. She was preceded in death by her husbands of 65 years Chief Darrel F. Cothren, who passed away in May of 2021. And a Grandson Joshua Keith McGlathery. She is survived by her children Tina Cothren and Penny McGlathey and her husband Charles. As well as 8 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. Brother Tommy Ray and his wife Sarah. Visitation for Ann will be held Friday, November 26, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811. She will lie in state Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Lincoln Church of Christ, 1307 Meridian St., Huntsville, AL. The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Lincoln Church of Christ, 1307 Meridian St, Huntsville, AL.
