Anita Jean Ohler age 67 of Athens, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2016. Ms. Ohler was born January 16, 1949 in Lauderdale County, AL to William O. Turpen, Jr. and Martha Jean Seale Turpen.
Graveside services will be Thursday, July 14, 2016 1:00 p.m., at Limestone Memorial Gardens with Bobby Pepper officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Preceded in death by her parents, William O. Turpen, Jr. and Martha Turpen; one brother, Michael Turpen.
Survived by one son, Heath Ohler of Athens; one daughter, Hope Spray of Decatur; three grandchildren, Anthony Spray of Decatur, Robert Spray and wife, Rebekah of West Blocton, AL and Raven Routh of Tanner; four great-grandchildren, Carlton Spray, Corey Spray, Sarah Spray and Cardin Harris.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Athens Limestone Humane Society. She loved animals especially her dogs.
