Anita Gentry Marston, age 81, of Leoma, TN passed away Saturday, July 06, 2024, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Guntersville, AL, and a retired educator from the Lawrence County School System. She was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma, Friends of the Lawrence County Public Library, and a life long member of United Methodist Faith. Anita was a master gardener and loved flowers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Anna Bell Baker Gentry; her husband, Howard Marston; and one sister, Mary Ann Martin.
She is survived by one son, Casey Gentry Marston of Leoma, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Freemon Cemetery at 1:00 PM Wednesday, July 10, 2024, with Martha Davison officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Lawrence County Public Library.
