Angela Beavers Roberts (Angie) was a strong Christian woman who loved to serve and share God’s love with others. She was a living testimony of her faith in Christ. Many days, she found ways to bless others anonymously that the Lord impressed on her to share with. Alongside her husband, Angie owned several prominent business and non-profit organizations within the Alcorn County community. She enjoyed spending time traveling and going on adventures with her husband and children. She spent her free time gardening, playing many different musical instruments, singing, performing in musical theater, and working for the Alcorn County Genealogical Society. She was an active member of the Tate Baptist Church choir and served on my committees within the church. Angie loved her family and her church family more than anything. Angie was born April 4, 1967 in Corinth, MS., and she passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at her home. Those left behind to cherish, Angie’s memory include her husband of 37 years, Kevin Roberts; sons, Dustin Roberts and Fletcher Roberts; daughters, Whitney Roberts, Michaela Roberts and Becca Roberts; brother, John Beavers (Donna); several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Bill Beavers; mother, Rebecca Potts Beavers; brother, Danny Beavers; sister, Lynn Wilburn and maternal grandmother, Bernice Sprouse. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Angela “Angie” Beavers Roberts.
