Funeral for Angelia “Angie” Kaye Jones, 50, of Moulton will be Friday, March 7, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Tim Box and Brother Clatus NeSmith officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jones died Sunday, March 2, 2014, in Trinity. She was born August 11, 1963, in Lawrence County to Joel Jones and Billie Mae Hogeland Powell. She was a manager at Exxon. Angie was a kind hearted, very generous person, full of laughter and humor to those who really knew her. She struggled throughout her life with many difficulties, which affected her ability to fully enjoy life. She was loved unconditionally by her family throughout her trials and tribulations. Angie demonstrated and portrayed her willingness and love as a caregiver, particularly to the elderly. Angie left a profession of faith, remembered, testifying of her Christianity. Angie was a member of Corinth Missionary Baptist Church. Her family is comforted in the knowledge that she is resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior with her son, Josh. The family would like to express their gratitude for the support, prayers and demonstration of Love and Kindness during this very difficult time. She was preceded in death by her son, Josh Dutton; stepfather, Fred Powell Jr.; and brother-in-law, Billy Cassidy.

Survivors include her mother, Billie Mae Hogeland Powell of Hartselle; her father, Joel Jones (Jennie) of Hartselle; one brother, Keith Jones (Racine) of Town Creek; one sister, Cindy Cassidy of Decatur; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
