Beyond her professional life, Angela was known for her joyous personality and her devotion to her family. She was a remarkable wife, mother, and grandmother.
Angela’s beloved husband, Ricky Marchbanks, shared a deep bond with her through the years, supporting each other in life’s journeys. Together, they raised three wonderful children: Joseph “Brady” Denton and his wife Rebecca, Melanie Thornton and her husband Jonathan, and Abby Lenard and her husband Jim. Angela took immense joy in her role as a grandmother, cherishing every moment with her grandchildren: Garrett Wallace, Colin England, Gavin Thornton, Celina Thompson, Anna Denton, Bella Lenard, Reid Lenard, and eagerly awaited the arrival of Bryce Denton, due to be born on October 12. Each grandchild held a special place in her heart, and she reveled in every laugh and story they shared.

She joins her parents Eldred Corbin Smith and Biddie Joyce Roby and her dear brother, Paul Alan (Skip) Smith, in eternal rest, leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth, and kindness.
