Angela Gale Womack, age 50 of Tullahoma, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Vanderbilt-Harton Hospital. A native of Coffee County, she was born on May 15, 1973, in Tullahoma. Angela attended technical school studying cosmetology and eventually became a cosmetology instructor. She later became an educator for TWRA and enjoyed sharing Stella the Raccoon with her audiences. Most recently, Angela was a dedicated homemaker and spent her time being the best “Momma” and “Gigi” around. She enjoyed scrapbooking, embroidering, and making pens, blankets, and clothes for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed taking care of her garden as well as her animals, Jethro (wiener dog), Jasmine (pig), Jasper (hedgehog), and Stella (raccoon). Angela will be remembered for her contagious laughter and jokes, as well as her caring nature. She was preceded in death by her great-aunt, Josephine Pendergraff; aunt, Lizabeth Young; and grandfather, Franz Hickertz. Angela is survived by her mother, Sheila Wyatt; grandmother, Shirley Hickertz; husband, Steve Womack; children, Nicholas (Deanna) Womack, Kirsten (Chad) Martin, and Jared (Isabelle) Womack; grandchildren, Raylynn, Willow, Sebastian, and Emrys; and pet babies, Jethro, Jasmine, Jasper, and Stella.
