Funeral service for Angela Darlene Sherrill, age 59, of Town Creek, will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at Prayer Tabernacle in Town Creek with Rev. Gerald Sherrill and Rev. Sammy Sherrill officiating, and Parkway Funeral Home directing. Her family will receive friends on Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel. Ms. Sherrill, who died Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at Huntsville Hospital, was born October 30, 1963, in Alabama. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, and aunt, Kathy Sherrill.
She is survived by her son, Blake Whitaker, and many sons and daughters by love; parents, Lavanul and Sharon Sherrill; birth mother, Shirley Whitaker; four brothers, Dewayne Sherrill (Robin), Sammy Sherrill (Tracie), Jason Whitaker, and Brian Whitaker; two sisters, Vickie Allen (Ray) and Andrea Sparks (Jonathan); and a host of nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers will be Caleb Weaver, Micah Sherrill, Seth Sherrill, Derek Sherrill, Jon Sherrill, and Jeremy Sherrill.
