Andrew James “Hoot” Vaughn, 68, died Saturday, March 1, 2014. Public viewing will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Tennessee Valley Community Church, Florence, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services.
