Andrea Lary passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, after a long and valiant fight. She grew up in Huntsville, AL, attended Huntsville High and graduated from Auburn University in 1987. She spent her career working as a sales executive in building automation systems.
Besides playing jokes on her father, Andrea loved her family and friends, obsessed about her yoga (complete with self-constructed yoga wall in her yoga room), and loved art and music. Her favorite thing, though, was doing art projects in her shop with her niece, Miranda.
Andrea is survived by her father, Dr. John Lary, Jr.; mother, Shery Lary; brother, Greg Lary (Anne); her adored niece, Miranda; as well as aunts, Rebecca Shields (Tom) and Tina Koch (Richard).
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 14 at Maple Hill Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Dr. Marshall Schreeder and the employees of CCI, Good Samaritan Hospice, and a special thanks to her friend and primary caregiver, Paula Dolata.
