Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Pastor Lon Ostrzycki officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday November 23, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Mount is survived by her husband, Billy G. Mount; sons, Cody (Christina) Rooks, Daegan (Kellie) Phillips, Sherwood (Lana) Mount; daughter, Karen Mount; granddaughters, Riley Rooks, Lexi Hooper, Kammi Doss, Brooke Town-Gretchen; grandsons, Ryan Wilson, Matt Mount, Gerald Mount, Jason Mount; several great grandchildren; step mother, Joanne Rooks; sisters, Kim Russell (Fred Fratus), Lana (Tucker) Weir; special sister and brother in law, Tammy and Thomas Campbell and Jerry and Loretta Floyd; brother, Michael (Tina) Ransom; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; host of nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her sons, Zachary Phillips and Lee Mount; parents, David and Gladys Rooks; sister, Angela Rooks; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a special aunt, Faye Robinson.
