Graveside services for Amy Rickman Hill, age 46, of Toone, will be Friday, November 26, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Shandy Baptist Church Cemetery near Bolivar. There is no visitation. She departed this life on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Bolivar General Hospital.
Born in Memphis, she was a life-long resident of Hardeman County and a graduate of Bolivar Central High School. While in school, she enjoyed writing poetry and won several contests for her talent. She was baptized at New Union Baptist Church and was a member there before attending Bolivar First Baptist Church.
Ms. Hill worked as a CNA for several years before becoming disabled. A loving and caring person, she would often put the needs of her friends and familiy above her own. She truly loved her two pet dogs, “Baby” and “Bailey”.
She leaves her daughter, Karlee Brooke Hill of Jackson; her mother, Sharron Rickman of Toone; two sisters, Kimberly (Ryan) Hock of Jackson and Christie Jones of Toone; and two half-brothers, John (Tina) Rickman and Donnie (Stacy) Spence, both of Bolivar.
She is preceded in death by her father, John W. Rickman; maternal grandparents, Richard and Luerene Moore; and paternal grandparents, Clarence Rickman and Nell Wilson.
