Amy Elizabeth Scott – Obituary

Amy Elizabeth Scott, age 25, of Osage Trail in Columbia, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Santa Fe Pike.

 

A funeral service will be held on Sunday at 4PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Randy Nichols officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Eternity in Maury Memorial Gardens, adjacent to the funeral home. A visitation will also be held on Sunday from 1-4PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

 

Born on November 24, 1991 in Cartersville, GA, Amy was the daughter of Steve Craig and Crystal Hood Craig. She attended Spring Hill High School and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant. Amy was a stay at home mom who loved spending time with her children. She was an excellent cook who also loved music. She was energetic and determined and would do anything to please her family and make them happy. She loved all of her family, but had a special relationship with her mother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

 

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children: Justin Lee Eddlemon, Jessica Paige Scott, Jayda Nicole Jones; brothers: Nathan Isaac Craig, Michael Franklin Hood; grandmothers: Leona Meadwell, Sandra Gill; grandfather: Neely Craig; and fiancé: Jayde Jones.

 

She was preceded in death by her sister: Sarah Lynn Craig; and grandfather: Franklin Hood.

 

Pallbearers will be: Michael Hood, Nathan Craig, Steve Craig, Jay Wine, Brandon Sizemore, Jay Jones, and Mason Jones.
