Amanda LeAnne Long, age 39, of Greenbrier, died on July 24, 2021 at her home. Amanda was born on August 26, 1981 in Nashville, Tennessee to Paul, Jr. and Phyllis Evans Long. She was a stay at home mom and loved her family, especially her daughter, Kimbree. Through her health issues she was a true fighter but had a tender heart. She was of Baptist faith and attended Grace Baptist Church in Springfield.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield. Burial will follow in the Springfield Memorial Gardens near her father. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00pm – 8:00pm and again on Monday from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00 noon. Ron Henderson, Jason Henderson, Johnny (Bubba) Pentecost, Chris Long, J.R. Coats, and Wade Canler will serve as pallbearers.
Amanda is preceded in death by her father, Paul Long, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Kimbree Jade Long of Greenbrier; mother, Phyllis Evans Long of Hendersonville; brother, Jody Morrison Long of Springfield; sisters, Brandy Long of Hendersonville, and Lexi Long of Springfield; AUSTIN & BELL FUNERAL HOME IN SPRINGFIELD is in charge of arrangements.
