Our precious mother, Amanda Frances Keaton, passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
Amanda was born in 1943 in Covington, Kentucky, one of thirteen children of the late Harlen Marion and Anna B. Ashcraft Marion.
Family was her whole life, and she loved each of them completely. She was the most loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend God ever blessed us with. She married her soulmate, Curtis Keaton, on October 10, 1993.
Along with her husband, Curtis Keaton, Mrs. Keaton is survived by her seven children: Cinda (Robert) Villarreal, Donald Creech of Lewisburg, John Creech, Ronald Creech, Anna (Jeremy) Anthony, Angela Scaggs of Chapel Hill and Jennifer (Steven) Williams of Lewisburg; seven sisters and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will also be remembered by all who called her “Moma.”
She was preceded in death by her parents, one child, and five brothers and one sister.
A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, September 18, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Lone Oak Cemetery, Lewisburg, Tennessee, with burial to follow.
