Alva Mae Jamerson, 79, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012. Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at Old Bethel United Methodist Church, Golden. Services will be 2 p.m. today at the church, with burial in Old Bethel Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, is directing.
