Memorial Service for Alton S. Armistead, Sr., 86, will be Sunday, July 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church with Bro. Bobby Ray Halbrooks and Rev. Milan Dekich officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church.
Mr. Armistead died on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at his residence. He was born May 30, 1931, in North Carolina to Earnest Stowers Armistead and Sallie Bryan Sadler Armistead. He was the Owner of Armistead Tire and Muffler Center in Hartselle and was retired from The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Mr. Armistead was preceded in death by his first wife: Lucille Armistead and his parents.
