Altie Alberta (Bert) Lipford, born April 3, 1921, passed away December 30, 2022, after an extended illness.
Bert was a lifelong resident of Bolivar. She was a member of Parrans Chapel Baptist Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was employed by Hardeman County Schools and worked in food services at Bolivar Elementary. She was preceded in death by her late husband James David Lipford and a son David Randall (Randy) Lipford. She is survived by a son James Ronnie Lipford of Mt. Juliet, TN, four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
