Alsie Yarbrough Waller, 89, of Huntsville, passed away Saturday. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, O.L. Yarbrough and Stites Waller, son, James Yarbrough, five brothers, and two sisters. Mrs. Waller enjoyed gardening, Eastern Star, sewing, Alabama football and Atlanta Braves baseball.
Survivors include her son, Jesse Yarbrough (Dianne); grandchildren, Gary Yarbrough, Chris Yarbrough, Rebecca Yarbrough Biernesser, Joley Yarbrough, and Bailey Yarbrough, eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Nell Wheatt.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel with Dr. Jeff Fuller officiating. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
