Allyson Michelle Lisenba, beloved by many, passed away on April 18, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born on September 1, 1992, in Huntsville, Alabama. Allyson’s kind and welcoming nature endeared her to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her loyalty to friends and family was unparalleled, complemented by a wickedly dry sense of humor that never failed to bring joy to those around her.

Allyson’s professional journey led her to work alongside remarkable individuals at the Turnip Truck in Nashville. Her dedication and passion for her work left a lasting impact on those she collaborated with. She graduated from Madison Academy and went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence.

In her leisure time, Allyson found solace in books and cherished enchanting tales from the worlds of Disney and Harry Potter. Her fascination with space and space studies was evident as she delved deep into the mysteries beyond our planet. Allyson particularly enjoyed exploring museums, exhibits, and zoos with her sons, family, and friends, creating treasured memories that will endure for years to come.

One of Allyson’s greatest joys was spending quality time with her loved ones. Known for her culinary skills, she delighted in preparing chicken and dumplings for special occasions, adding warmth and flavor to family gatherings.

Allyson is preceded in death by her grandfather Michael Lisenba Sr., as well as Clarence and Evelyn Harcrow, her grandparents. She is survived by her sons Michael Taylor and James Marvin Curtis, parents Michael and Carrie Lisenba, sister Caroline Lisenba, grandmother Jeanne Post, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Allyson Lisenba’s legacy of kindness, laughter, and unwavering loyalty will continue to inspire all those whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace as her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who loved her.
