Allen Curtis Hammack, age 87 of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Shadescrest Nursing Home.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, November 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Jess West will officiate.
Mr. Hammack was preceded in death by his Wife-Faye Hammack; Mother-Annie Hammack; Father-Albert Hammack; Son-Douglas Hammack; Daughter-Deborah Gurganus; Granddaughter-Gracie Abbott.
He is survived by his Son-Dale Hammack (Deb); Sisters-Lucille Gurley and Willodean Blackerby; Brothers-Ubie Hammack and Ray Hammack; 6 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
