Alisa Ann Simien, also known as Lisa, was born September 8, 1964, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Alisa was taken from us on October 4, 2023. She was preceded in death by her mother Gracie Williams, her brothers Roy Ned, James Stevenson and Frankie Williams, and her sister Francis Elizabeth Ned.
Those left to carry on her legacy are husband: Jimmie Simien, Jr.; daughter: Darneta Patrice Simien; sons: Jimmie (Trenda) Simien III, Anthony Ray Simien, James (Laura) Alan Simien, Joseph Wayne Simien; sisters: Jacqueline (Lee) Garlow and Faye (Oliver) Sumbler; brothers: Dale (Linda) Ned and Willie Ray Johnson; along with her 10 grandchildren, her great grandson, and the many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Alisa loved many things, but above all she loved her family. Though she may no longer physically be here, the memories created and the love she spread will live on through each person who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Royal Chapel of Memories (4315 Oakwood Avenue NW, Huntsville, AL 35810).
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Royal Funeral Home.
