Alex Michael Bard, age 19, of Rainbow City, Alabama passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021. A visitation for Alex will be held Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The funeral service will be a private family service. Alex was a graduate of Southside High School Class of 2021. He had an artist soul and loved playing his guitar and singing. He had a charismatic personality and always showed compassion to the underdog, He enjoyed hiking and being outdoors. In his younger years he played Soccer. He was a Christian and at the age of 8 made his profession of faith and was baptized at Meadowbrook Baptist Church. He competed at many Bible drills. Alex was loving, funny, and always genuine. Alex is survived by his parents, Renee and Richard Bard; brothers John Bard and Christian Bard; grandparents Jim and Emilea Copeland and Craig and Julie Martin; several aunts and uncles and many dear friends.
