Albert Ray Whitworth, age 79 of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at St. Vincents Hospital.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens.
Mr. Whitworth was preceded in death by his Parents-Albert W. and Myrtle Rachel Simmons Whitworth; Sister-Juanita Guthrie; Daughter-Crystal Thomas.
He is survived by his Wife-Debra Whitworth; Daughters-Dana Horsley (Brian) and Diane Whitworth Calhoun (Rick); Sons-Andrew Whitworth (Becca) and Michael Whitworth (Clista); Sisters-Kathy McKinney (Robert) and Faye Beasley; Grandchildren-Kelsey Whitworth Spence, Ethan Whitworth, Brooklyn Thomas, Caitlin Whitworth, Cathryn Forrester, and Malcolm Whitworth.
