Albert Junior Jackson, 90, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022, at the Courtyards Nursing Facility in Fulton. He was born July 10, 1932, to Albert F. and Celie Hardy Jackson. He was a United State Army Veteran, serving as a MP in Germany during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Hickory Hill. He was a Deacon at Fulton Church of God Of Prophecy, where he had been a member for over 50 years. He enjoyed being involved with on the Church’s building committee. He was an avid gardener.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 14, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Billy Joe Ewing and Jim Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Masonic Cemetery.

Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Ewing (Danny) of Fulton, and Stacey Kyle (Torrey) of Smithville; one brother, Grover Jackson (Linda) of Red Bay, AL; four sisters, Martha Jackson, Ivy Long, Peggy Bourgeois, all of Red Bay, AL, and Eddie Libert of Zion, IL; two grandchildren, Elishia Parker (Mike) and Matthew Ewing; seven great grandchildren; one great -great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Jackson; two brothers, William “Bill” Jackson and Charles Jackson; one sister, Ruth Atkinson; and his parents.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home.
