FLORENCE-Members of the Roundtable of the Alabama Renaissance Faire are proudly sponsoring the
much-anticipated annual Renaissance Feast. It will take place at 7:00 P.M. on SATURDAY
EVENING, OCTOBER 17, at the Florence-Lauderdale Coliseum.
The all-volunteer Roundtable will once again transform the Coliseum into a Baronial Hall fit for
the Royalty who will preside over the evening’s festivities.
Of course, a sumptuous meal will be served to everyone in attendance. Seating is limited to 200
so that everyone has a good time while enjoying delectable dishes prepared by Chef Josh Miles.
Entertainment will reflect the Medieval and Renaissance periods, with time allotted for diners
to show proper obeisance to the King and Queen and, for those who wish, to learn Court
dances under the able direction of Lord William, the Herald.
Pomp and circumstance will abound, while great fun will also be a huge part of the evening.
Tickets are $25.00 each. They officially go on sale at Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts at
1:00 P.M. on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1.
